IIT Chicago-Kent and the Jack Miller Center were honored to welcome United States Supreme Court Justice Antonin G. Scalia to the law school October 18, 2011, to deliver the keynote address at a conference addressing "Judicial Takings: Property Rights and the Rule of Law."
