Professor and constitutional law expert Sheldon Nahmod presented an overview and update on the state of the Supreme Court's jurisprudence on the Establishment and Free Exercise Clauses, with a focus on Town of Greece v. Galloway and Burwell v. Hobby Lobby, followed by an open audience discussion.
