Description
The 2009 IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law Commencement Ceremony took place on Sunday, May 17. Welcoming remarks were delivered by Dean Harold J. Krent, followed by an alumni welcome by John Locallo (‘86). The commencement address was delivered by William E. Kovacic, Commissioner of the Federal Trade Commission. Degrees were conferred by Dean Krent and Assistant Dean Stephen D. Sowle. Valedictorian Betsy L. Gates delivered the student address, followed by LL.M. Class Speaker Laurie-Anne Grelier. Dean Krent delivered closing remarks.
