Prior to delivering the keynote address at "Judicial Takings: Property Rights and the Rule of Law," Justice Antonin Scalia (right) was introduced by IIT Chicago-Kent Dean Harold J. Krent.
"The law school was delighted to host Justice Scalia for this critical dialogue about fostering stable understandings of property rights," commented Dean Krent, who noted in his introduction that Justice Scalia recently marked his 25th year on the Supreme Court.
