Abstract
Alderman Edward Vrdolyak visited Chicago-Kent College of Law on November 20, 1986. Hosted by the Hispanic Law Students Association (HLSA), Alderman Vrdolyak was introduced by Alderman Juan Solis, who discussed the importance of upcoming elections to Hispanics in the city of Chicago. Alderman Vrdolyak discussed how the newly-drawn ward map of Chicago was created, who gave input, and how it was seconded.
