Description

The 2002 IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law Commencement Ceremony took place on Sunday, May 19. Welcoming remarks were delivered by Lewis Collens, President of the Illinois Institute of Technology, and by Interim Dean Harold J. Krent. The commencement address was delivered by U.S. Senator Russ Feingold, who was then awarded the honorary degree Doctor of Laws by the trustees of Illinois Institute of Technology. Degrees were conferred by President Collens and Dean Krent. 2001-2002 Student Bar Association President Daniel G. Austin delivered the student address, followed by Dean Krent’s closing remarks.
